Newly build Villa Gardenia is the ideal accommodation for everyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in complete privacy surrounded with beautiful nature. The ground floor consists of a modernly decorated and comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, toilet with washing machine and a double bedroom overlooking the pool area with a private bathroom. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, each of them has a private bathroom with shower and a TV. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has a balcony overlooking the beautiful nature that surrounds the Villa. The Villa is located in a small village Srbinjak only 4,5 kilometers from Tinjan, It is only 17 km from Poreč and the nearest beaches Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. To the east of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Istria region, known for its medieval fortified castle, the National Archive and Zarečki krov.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
Residence tax in price included. Deposit 200,00 € ( payment on the spot ).
