Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 11 weeks before the start of the trip, cancellation fees of 15% of the total price will be incurred, if you cancel during the 10th to 8th week 30%, during the 7th to 4th week 50%, and if you cancel thereafter 95%. In individual cases, the cancellation costs can also be calculated concretely by us; it remains the traveler's option to prove in individual cases that no damage, or less damage, has been incurred by us due to the cancellation. We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Marina di Magomadas is a small coastal village, an old fishermen's church and a few houses, adjacent to Porto Alabe towards Bosa Marina.
The house perches directly on the cliffs, about 20 meters above the sea! The property offers incredible views of the sea and the coast to the south and north. A path/stairway leads directly to the sea, where you can access the water in calm conditions, or about 100 meters further, you'll find the first, very beautiful and almost intimate sandy cove of Porto Alabe.
