Cancellation policy
Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the operator
compensation. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
earlier before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start date.

The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus the administrative
costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the
recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written
consent of the operator for the same period
or part of this period.

Callantsoog is a former fishing village located directly by the sea.
In the cozy town center, there are various shopping facilities, restaurants, and cafes with inviting terraces, and a supermarket open 365 days a year from 08:00 to 22:00.
The island of Texel, the cheese city of Alkmaar, the artists' village of Bergen, the typical North Holland town of Schagen, the lively Amsterdam, and the Ijsselmeer are all easily accessible from here.
North Holland has something for everyone: a 40 km long, fine sandy beach (which boasts the "Blue Flag" due to its excellent water quality and cleanliness), beautiful dune landscapes and hiking trails, and an extensive network of bicycle paths.
