This cozy maisonette is quietly situated just outside the center of Cadzand-Bad and only a few minutes' walk from the beach and sea. With three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, this apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The stairs are equipped with stair gates.
Layout:
On the ground floor, you enter a hall from which stairs lead to the first floor. On the first floor, you enter the bright and cozy home. The living room has a nice sitting area with TV, a dining table, and an open kitchen. The sliding doors give you access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There are also two bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom with shower is also on the first floor. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. There is a separate toilet.
On the second floor (mezzanine) is the third bedroom. The mezzanine is an open space that can be reached via a staircase in the living room. This spacious bedroom has a double bed. There is a second toilet with a washbasin on this mezzanine.
The apartment has a shared garden with the house below. You can park your car (free of charge) in a public parking lot on the street. Bicycles can be stored in the storage room.
Check-out is normally before 10:00 AM, and check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Early check-in is possible, but we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready.
In the center of Cadzand, there is a paid parking regime. Upon arrival, you can park temporarily in front of our building or that of our neighbors without having to pay.
You can pick up the keys for the apartment at our office on Boulevard de Wielingen 59 in Cadzand-Bad. If you arrive after 4:00 PM, please contact us.

From the time of booking until six weeks before the rental start date, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the rental start date until the second week before the rental start date, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You will also pay a €25 administration fee. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.
