Cancellation policy
1. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the entrepreneur a compensation fee. This amounts to:
- if cancelled 3 months before the start date or earlier: 15% of the agreed price;
- if cancelled between 3 and 2 months before the start date: 50% of the agreed price;
- if cancelled between 2 and 1 month before the start date: 75% of the agreed price;
- if cancelled within one month before the start date: 90% of the agreed price;
- if cancelled on the day of the start date: 100% of the agreed price.
2. The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus administrative costs, if the spot is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part of this period.

Getting there
By car from the direction of Amsterdam via A9:
Take exit 10-Castricum and follow the N203/N8 towards Uitgeest. Then continue on the N203. After 6.2 km, turn left onto Zeeweg/N513. After 2.4 km, take the first exit at the roundabout onto Heereweg. At the first traffic light (after 6.5 km), turn left onto Heiloöer Zeeweg. At the next traffic light, go straight ahead, and at the following traffic light, turn left onto Voorstraat. Turn right at the bus stop and snack bar "Snack Plaza". Follow Trompstraat to the left with a curve onto Wilhelminastraat. Turn left in front of the "Sterflat" complex. Pass by the lighthouse, and then turn left immediately again onto Parallelweg. The summer house is located behind Parallelweg 10 - at the back in an alley.

Statt eines Ferienhauses haben wir leider nur eine Wohnung vorgefunden. Da wir mit Hund angereist sind, war dies sehr schade! Auf kleinem Raum, wurde das Beste rausgeholt, was Möbel, Einrichtung etc. betrifft. Die Sauberkeit bei unserer Anreise hat jedoch SEHR zu wünschen übrig gelassen! Es war sehr staubig, Haare von anderen Personen in Bad und Schlafzimmer! Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat und nur ein Dach über dem Kopf braucht, ist die Unterkunft okay.
