Our spacious, south-facing holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of the well-known "Amelander Paradijs" - an elevator is, of course, available!
Bright 75 sqm provide ample space for 4 people. The cozy living room is equipped with a generous corner sofa and has a flat-screen TV. We receive almost all German channels.
The very nice and fully equipped kitchen naturally includes a dishwasher, an induction hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, and an oven - here you can prepare several courses or whip something up "in a hurry".
2 bedrooms for a restful night's sleep are available. Blackout curtains in both rooms ensure that it can be darkened if desired. In the 1st bedroom, you will find a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m. A TV is also part of the equipment, as is direct access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 sleeping places each measuring 90 x 2.00 m.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower 90 x 1.00 m and a washbasin. A towel radiator provides cozy warmth. The toilet is located separately next to the bathroom.

Our lovely holiday apartment Strandläufer 37 is located in the renowned Amelander Paradijs in the town of Buren.
Buren on the beautiful island of Ameland, also known as the "Wadden Diamond Ameland," offers you shops, restaurants, and cafés. An indoor swimming pool, as well as two supermarkets, are also available and within a few minutes' walk. Here, both young and old have been enjoying a great bowling area since 2017, as well as the opportunity to play mini-golf. Buren is surrounded by meadows and nature reserves and is only a few hundred meters from the extensive sandy beach.
Ameland is known for its many beautiful cycling paths. A bicycle rental shop (about 100 meters away) has an excellent selection of various bikes ready for you.
Travel to the ferry terminal in Holwerd is easily accessible by car from all directions. If you wish to take your car to the island, we recommend making a reservation in advance at www.wpd.nl.
If you prefer to travel by train, your usual destination station is Leeuwarden - from there, you can quickly and comfortably take a taxi to Holwerd for about 40 euros, or even more affordably with a subsequent bus ride. The taxi ride takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic, while the bus journey is approximately 50 minutes.
