This house is quietly located in Cadzand-Bad, just a few minutes away from the beach and sea. The house has three bedrooms and is suitable for a large family or two families (up to 6 adults).

The living room has a seating area with a television, a dining table with 6 seats, and an open kitchen with 3 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The sliding door gives you access to the garden. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a storage room with a washing machine and a dryer.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The first bedroom is a 4-person bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is also a play corner. The second bedroom has a double bed. From this bedroom, you have access to the attic with a third bedroom with a bunk bed.
The apartment comes with a digital parking permit for 1 car. A possible second car can be parked further away in Cadzand-Bad (free of charge, subject to availability).

This beautiful house is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad, 300 meters away from the promenade, only 500 meters from the beach and the sea, and 500 meters from the shopping passage. Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year for sun worshippers.
