The beautiful holiday home has a spacious living and dining area with an open fireplace. In addition, there is a stunning view from the dining room over the surrounding hills to the sea. Fantastically beautiful! A wonderful large cooking area is separated from the large living room by a counter. A covered launche corner offers great opportunities to enjoy the wonderful air even in the evening. From here you have a wonderful panoramic view of the sea, as well as complete peace and quiet as there is no traffic. You park your vehicle directly in front of the house. The garden with its vines and fruit trees offers rest and relaxation. Everything is very well maintained.

The Costa Smeralda is a holiday paradise with wonderful beaches and a blue-turquoise sea, because the color gave the region its name. The Costa Smeralda is part of Gallura and therefore belongs to the Olbia Tempio region.
In addition to the kilometer-long white sandy beaches of Budoni, Porto Ottiolu, San Teodoro and, and and ... the landscape lends itself to long walks. The parco Naturale Regionale di Tepilora is just above Brunella!

Applies to bookings from February 1st, 2021:
Cancellation fees for holiday apartments and holiday homes:
up to 31 days before the start of the trip: 50 euros cancellation fee.
30 days before the trip: 20% of the travel price.
29-15 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the travel price.
14 - 0 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 95% of the travel price is to be paid as a cancellation fee.
We try to find a mutually acceptable solution. You can provide a replacement tenant.
In any case, we will reduce the cancellation fee accordingly if a replacement booking can be made for the entire or part of the period.
1. If you cannot arrive because there is a travel warning for Sardinia, or you are not allowed to leave your state, you only pay the cancellation processing fee of 50 euros! This applies up to 1 month before booking. This travel ban must be publicly known.
In this case, you will get the full payment back, minus the 50 euros!
If you have to cancel 1 month to 14 days before the trip because you are not allowed to visit Sardinia or because you are not allowed to leave your state, you pay 20% of the booking amount plus the cancellation processing fee of 50 euros. This travel ban must be publicly known.

2. If you start another trip to Sardinia by the end of 2021, or if you book again within the next 12 months after your cancellation, you will receive a credit of 30 euros. You then only pay a € 20 rebooking fee.
