Holiday destination
The municipality of Niedernsill (approx. 885 m above sea level) is situated right in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park and is surrounded by well-known ski resorts, such as Zell am See and Kaprun.
Niedernsill offers our guests an attractive leisure program in both summer and winter.
For example, you can participate in guided hikes. From family hikes to several-hour high mountain tours, there's something for everyone in the program.
Or maybe you just want to enjoy the peace and quiet, whether in our garden or at the swimming pool/lake - no problem.
If the weather isn't cooperating, the National Park Centre in Mittersill or one of our indoor swimming pools (Kaprun or Zell am See) are great alternatives.
Getting there
Highway Munich/Innsbruck - Kiefersfelden - exit Kufstein Süd - Kitzbühel - Jochberg - coming from Pass Thurn, turn right in Mittersill towards Kaprun-Zell am See, continue for about 12 km until you reach Niedernsill
From Salzburg (A1)
from the Salzburg motorway junction (A1) take the motorway (A10) towards Graz, exit Bischofshofen, direction Zell am See, in Schüttdorf before the bypass tunnel drive towards Mittersill, about 10 km to Niedernsill
Leave the roundabout in Niedernsill at the exit Steindorf (towards Spar), drive straight uphill, in the left curve go over the bridge of the Steinbach, follow the road, pass the right turn towards Sonnberg, after about 100 m you will reach our farm!

Liebe Familie Nindl!
Den Hof erreichten wir bequem per Auto. Es erwartete uns ein toller Bauernhof. Die Ferienwohnung war schön hell und modern eingerichtet. Vom Balkon genossen wir einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die zahlreichen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub bei Euch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Der Oberkrenmooshof ist ein familienfreundlicher Bauernhof mit tollen Ferienwohungen. Dieser liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe. Da wir Neuschnee bekommen haben während unseres Aufenthaltes, durften wir auch unsere Schneeketten anlegen.
Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung 1 untergebracht. Diese ist sehr geräumig mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die verschneiten Berge. Unsere 3 Kinder hatten reichlich Platz zum Spielen. Auch der Hof läd zum Toben im Schnee ein. Schön war auch, dass unsere Kinder gleich einen Spielfreund auf dem Hof gefunden haben.
Die Gastfamilie mit den beiden Kindern ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Zu jeder Zeit haben wir nützliche Informationen zu den vielen Skigebieten in der Nähe und zu anderen Ausflugsmöglchkeiten erhalten.
