Holiday destination
The municipality of Niedernsill (approx. 885 m above sea level) is located right in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park and is surrounded by well-known ski areas, such as Zell am See and Kaprun.
Niedernsill offers our guests an attractive leisure program in both summer and winter.
Getting there
From Munich/Innsbruck motorway - Kiefersfelden - exit Kufstein Süd - Kitzbühel - Jochberg - coming from Paß Thurn, turn right in Mittersill towards Kaprun-Zell am See, continue for about 12 km until you reach Niedernsill.
From Salzburg (A1)
from the Salzburg motorway junction (A1) via motorway (A10) towards Graz, exit Bischofshofen, direction Zell am See, in Schüttdorf before the bypass tunnel drive towards Mittersill, about 10 km to Niedernsill.
Leave the roundabout in Niedernsill at the Steindorf exit (towards Spar), continue straight uphill, in the left curve go over the bridge of the Steinbach, follow the road, pass the right turnoff towards Sonnberg, after about 100 m you will reach our farm!

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnungen ( haben schon beide bewohnt ).
Familie Egger ist eine sehr nette Familie. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt.
Eigentlich dürfte man gar keine gute Bewertung abgeben, denn wenn man wieder einmal Buchen will könnte es ja ausgebucht sein. Aber wenn es gut und schön ist dürfen das auch alle wissen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal bei Fam. Nindl, wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden gut über Ausflugsziele beraten, unser Enkelsohn konnte auf dem Hof, mit Maria und Hannes unbeschwert spielen. Unsere Wohnung war super, sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr Komfortabel.
