Cancellation policy
Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the operator
a compensation fee. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
earlier before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three
and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two
months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one
month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start
date.

The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus
administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on
the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written
consent of the operator for the same period or part of the
period.

Holiday destination
Near the holiday home De Wielen 64, there are lovely facilities and many activities are organized. In Callantsoog, for instance, you'll find several restaurants, beach pavilions for a nice snack and a drink. A supermarket for all your shopping needs is just around the corner.
The beach is accessible by bicycle, and in the summer, many activities are organized here. For example, a morning horseback ride or learning to kitesurf at the local kitesurfing school. The numerous hiking and biking trails through the beautiful dune area will lead you to nearby places like Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl.
