EIFELTRAUM Mediterrana (70m²) impresses with its Mediterranean ambience, which is reflected in the choice of materials (terracotta floor) and the furniture as well as in a corresponding color scheme. The Mediterrana has a large sun terrace with wooden floorboards.
In the Mediterrana, the spacious bedroom opens up to the design-oriented bathroom, where you can indulge in a whirlpool bath, a relaxation room and a sauna.
The living-kitchen area is also open-plan - here you can relax in front of the cast iron stove or in summer temperatures on your own terrace. For example, you can observe the deer in the adjacent forest or be inspired by cows grazing in almost meditative peace.
The Mediterrana was built in the summer of 2004 and of course has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all common household appliances (including espresso machine) and household tools. A small selection of DVD's, CDs and books / hiking maps can also be found on site. Also, enough fresh bath, hand and kitchen towels are available. You do not have to bring your own bed linen because we will take the beds for you. The Mediterrana is ideal for two people (one to two children or more adults have the option of sleeping on the sofa bed).

Das Ferienhaus EIFELTRAUM Mediterrana verfügt selbstverständlich über eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Küche ist mit allen üblichen Haushaltsgeräten (u. a. Espresso-Maschine) und Haushaltswerkzeugen eingerichtet. Eine kleine Auswahl an DVD‘s, CD‘s und Büchern/Wanderkarten finden Sie ebenso vor Ort. Auch sind ausreichend frische Bade-, Hand- und Küchentücher vorhanden. Bettwäsche müssen Sie nicht mitbringen, denn wir beziehen die Betten für Sie. Das Mediterrana eignet sich für zwei Personen (ein bis zwei Kinder oder weitere Erwachsene haben die Möglichkeit, auf der Schlafcouch zu übernachten).
Unseren Gästen steht kostenlos zur Verfügung: Schnelles WLAN, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Grill und Fahrräder.
Der Strom wird vor Ort nach Ihrem Verbrauch abgerechnet. (0,32€/KWh) Für Wasser wird eine Pauschale berechnet, die sich nach der Personenzahl und Ihrer Aufenthaltsdauer richtet. (4,00€/Nacht/Person - im Preis bereits mit eingerechnet). Ebenfalls ist eine Endreinigung von € 40,00 bei Buchung im Preis schon enthalten.

So finden Sie uns in Berlingen: Von Pelm kommend finden Sie Eifeltraum wie folgt: Nach dem Sie das Ortseingangsschild von Berlingen passiert haben (auf der rechten Seite sehen Sie einen kleinen Fertigungsbetrieb) biegen Sie in die 1. Straße „Am Spielplatz“ ein. Dann folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf (geradeaus, leicht bergauf) und nach ca. 50 m auf der rechten Seite finden Sie unser Haus „Eifeltraum Mediterrana“ mit der Nummer 4.
