Villa Goretini is an extremely charming and unique designed 5 stars villa with pool for 6 persons, located in a small village Šumber near Labin.The house is situated on the parcel of 600m2 and it is surrounded with the greenery of the nature. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with large dining table, fully equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One of them is with a double bed and the second one is with 2 single beds. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has its own bathroom. The house is located in a small village Sumber (about 12 km from Rabac). Rabac is a major tourist resort on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula. Magnificent scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, pleasant climate and view of the bay each year attracts many tourists. Today Rabac is modern and attractive tourist resort underfloor the ancient town of Labin and offers a diverse range of culinary specialties, boat trips and sports activities.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
