Welcome to the holiday home Schwalbenstadl. The house, a former farmhouse, exudes a lot of peace and comfort. Amidst breathtaking views, one can find tranquility while still being very close to life. Beautiful outdoor area with seating. The ideal starting point for a wonderful hiking or skiing holiday. From here, you can make the most beautiful mountain hikes. The lovely Hochzeiger ski area can be reached in just a few minutes by car or with the free ski bus.
The house, which is at your sole disposal, contains 2 apartments that are furnished together for a maximum of 8 people. The apartments are only rented out together. The fully furnished apartment with kitchen, bathroom, and 1 bedroom (30 m2) is located on the ground floor.

A ski room for ski equipment is available. There is also a washing machine.
The house is ideal for a family vacation. 2 separate apartments in the house provide plenty of privacy and ample space for a wonderful holiday. In total, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms on the 2nd floor have access to the balcony.

The Hochzeiger ski area can be reached in about 6 minutes by car. Parking there is free of charge. If you prefer to leave the car at home, you can also take the free ski bus, which departs 150 m from the house and reaches the ski area in 10 minutes.
The Pitztal Glacier ski area is a half-hour drive away or can also be reached by bus. There, skiing is possible from mid-September to mid-May.
The Swallow's Barn is located in a small hamlet at an altitude of 1200m, 2 km away from the mountain village of Jerzens. You can reach the village in 3 minutes by car or on a 20-minute hike. There, you will find good shopping facilities for daily needs, several restaurants, and a doctor's office. The tourist office provides helpful tips for your holiday. Directly from the house, a hiking trail leads into the magnificent Ötztal Alps with rustic gastronomic alpine pastures. Within a few kilometers, there is a diverse range of hikes for all levels of difficulty.
