Cancellation policy
The rental agreement is established with your written consent. Late payments or non-payments are considered a withdrawal from the rental agreement and entitle the landlord to rent the property to someone else and to charge a withdrawal fee from the delinquent tenant. The withdrawal fee is the amount of the deposit up to 61 days before the start of the rental period. For cancellations from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price is charged. For cancellations from the 34th to the 10th day before the start of the rental, 80% of the rental price is charged. For later cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the rental price is charged. The cancellation fees are waived if the holiday property can be rented out for the same period at the same price to someone else.

The Abbey of Fontfroide: this Romanesque abbey is located about 25 km from St Pierre and is an impressive example of medieval architecture. There is also a beautiful garden and a restaurant on site.
Narbonne: The city of Narbonne is about 10km from St Pierre and offers many attractions such as the St Just Cathedral, the Roman Museum, and the ornate market hall.
Béziers: This historic city is about 25 km from St Pierre and has many attractions to offer, including an impressive cathedral and a Roman amphitheater.
Holiday destination
St Pierre la Mer is a charming seaside resort on the Mediterranean coast in the south of France with miles of sandy beaches perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. The gently sloping beach makes it a safe spot for children and families.
Saint Pierre offers a wide array of restaurants, bars, and cafes where you can enjoy local dishes and wines. The area is renowned for its fresh seafood, especially oysters, mussels, and fish, which are prepared fresh in the numerous seafood restaurants.
There are many activities to partake in such as cycling, hiking, horseback riding, surfing, and kayaking. There is also a wide range of children's playgrounds and activities to ensure that kids have an unforgettable holiday.
