Cancellation policy
Late payments or non-payments are considered as a withdrawal from the rental agreement and entitle the landlord to rent the property to someone else and to demand a cancellation fee from the delinquent tenant. This fee amounts to the sum of the deposit up to 61 days before the start of the rental period. In case of withdrawal from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price is charged. For withdrawal from the 34th to the 10th day before the start of the rental period, 80% of the rental price is charged. In case of later withdrawal or no-show, 100% of the rental price is charged.

Here are some suggestions for leisure activities in and around Armissan: Visit the wine cellars: Armissan is part of the Corbières wine-growing region and has a long tradition of wine-making. There are several wineries in the area that can be visited where you can taste wines. Hiking: There are many hiking trails around Armissan that lead through the vineyards and picturesque landscape. Some of the most popular routes are the Sentier des Capitelles and the Chemin des Moines. Visit to Narbonne: The city of Narbonne is only about 10km from Armissan and offers many attractions such as the St Juste Cathedral, the Roman Museum, and the ornate market hall. Water sports: At the beaches near Armissan (Narbonne-Plage, Gruissan, St Pierre la Mer) you can swim, snorkel, surf, kite, or sail. Golf: There are several golf courses in the area, including Golf Sainte Rose in Narbonne and Golf Saint Thomas in Béziers. Visit historical sites: There are many historical sites that can be visited, such as the Fortress of Salses, the Fontfroide Abbey, the Cathar castles Peyrepertuse or Queribus, the medieval fortified city of Carcassonne... The restaurant is known for its unique buffet meals that offer a variety of traditional French dishes such as foie gras, seafood, meat and fish specialties, cheese (with its world's largest cheese buffet, the restaurant is in the Guinness Book of Records), desserts, and more. The restaurant is nationally acclaimed in the media for its high-quality cuisine and generous portions, as well as for its elegant atmosphere and attentive service. It is a popular destination for locals and tourists seeking an unforgettable culinary experience. However, as the restaurant has now become a victim of its own success, reservations must be made well in advance (between 4 and 6 months), which can easily be done through their website.
Holiday destination
Located 8 km from the sea with its magnificent sandy beach, our well-maintained and fully equipped holiday home with a private pool is situated in an 800-soul village between Narbonne and Narbonne-Plage, right in the La Clape nature reserve. Surrounded by vineyards, you can enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace and the tranquility away from tourism, yet close to the beach and entertainment options. Armissan, a small, typical southern French village, nestled between Narbonne and Narbonne-Plage, where peace and relaxation are guaranteed. It feels as if time has stood still here. A little slice of paradise - surrounded by vineyards and pine forests. In the village, you'll find a tourist information center, bar-restaurant, bakery, butcher, small convenience store, wine cellar with excellent and affordable open and bottled wines, hairdresser, doctor, football pitch, tennis court, and very beautiful hiking and cycling paths through vineyards and the nature reserve. There is no through traffic.

Das Haus liegt nur wenige Kilometer vom Meer entfernt in einem sehr schönen ländlichen Ort. Die Weinberge und die Berge sind in nur wenigen Metern zu erreichen, ideal, wenn man mit Hunden unterwegs ist. Viel Natur , wunderschöne Gegend.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem großzügigen Ferienhaus. Die Lage war perfekt für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus selbst war sehr sauber und gepflegt und hatte alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und stand jederzeit zur Verfügung wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Empfehlungen für die Umgebung benötigten. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause und kommen ganz sicher noch einmal wieder.
