The old, lovingly restored farmhouse Casa Theodora welcomes you in the well-equipped cozy kitchen-living room. On cold days in autumn or winter, the wood stove, which can also be used for baking, spreads cozy warmth.
Also on the ground floor is the spacious modern bathroom.
The living room on the first floor not only offers space for comfortable lounging, reading, or watching TV, but also a spectacular view into the distance.
A comfortable staircase leads you from the room adjacent to the living room, which has a single bed, to the bright and friendly bedroom, which received a wonderful light wooden floor during the renovation works. In the other rooms, except for the bathroom, which has been completely modernized, we have preserved the original tile flooring.
Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Museo Sulphur, which offers a fantastic insight into the history of the great sulfur mine of Perticara that closed in 1964. With expert guidance, you can gain insight into this world.
Directly from Casa Theodora, you can follow the "Discenderia Fanante" trail, which leads to the entrance of the abandoned sulfur mines.

By car:
You can reach Perticara from Germany via the St. Gotthard, San Bernardino, or Brenner passes, continuing on the motorway towards Bologna, then from the Cesena-Nord exit follow the E 45 towards Rome (see map). Detailed driving directions will be provided upon booking.
By plane:
Many airlines, especially in the summer, fly to Rimini or Bologna. You can rent a car for the duration of your stay directly at the airport. For details on the exact process, it is best to inquire at your travel agency. From Rimini, it is about 40 kilometers to your holiday destination.
By train:
If you wish to travel by train, we recommend taking the train to Rimini.
