Casa Giovanna is right at the heart of the magical cultural landscape of Montefeltro between the Adriatic Sea and the Appenine Mountains. Enjoy pure nature and pure tranquillity, breath-taking panoramic views, days on the beach, walks, cycling tours, trips to markets, museums, and castles in the area. Every day the markets in the area await you for a visit. The many villages and castles steeped deep in history with their varied events are definitely worth a visit.
Getting there
By car: You arrive in Perticara coming from Germany via the Sankt Gotthard, the San Bernardino or the Brenner motorways, from here continue towards Bologna on the motorways; continue from the Cesena North of the E45 towards Rome (see map). You will be given detailed directions upon booking. By plane: There is a wide range of airlines operating flights, especially in the summer, to Rimini or even Bologna. At the airport you can hire a vehicle for the duration of your stay. From Rimini it is another 40 kilometres before you arrive at your destination. By train: If you would like to travel by train, it is best to travel to Rimini, where you will find offices of the most well-known car hire companies. From them you can hire a vehicle to continue your journey with to Perticara.

Wir durften eine traumhafte Woche in diesem sehr gepflegten, liebevoll eingerichteten und wunderschön gelegenem Ferienhaus verbringen. Von Frau Korn, der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und durch das hervorragend ausgestattete Haus geführt. Bemerkenswert ist die wunderschöne Terrasse mit ihrer schönen Flora und traumhaften Aussicht. Die Casa Giovanna ist einfach ein Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen, wozu auch der Privatpool unterhalb der Terrasse mit ebenfalls toller Aussicht einlädt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und vom Alltag erholt. Für unseren Kleinen war vom Gitterbett, Laufstall, Hochstuhl über die Babywanne alles vorhanden. Auch sonst fehlt es einfach an nichts. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank liebe Ulrike und Jürgen für die tolle Zeit!

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie mit Hund knapp drei Wochen dieses wunderbare Haus bewohnt. Allein die Aussicht von der Terrasse hat uns jeden Tag ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert und wir haben Dank der super ausgestatteten Küche viel gekocht und recht viel Zeit im und um das Haus herum verbracht. Ausflüge nach San Marino, San Leo , gelegentlich ans Meer und zu einem wunderschönen Wasserfall in der Nähe haben unseren Aufenthalt abgerundet. Nur sehr ungern haben wir unsere Koffer wieder gepackt...wir können das Haus all jenen, die sich wirklich abseits von Trubel und Tourismus erholen wollen, nur ans Herz legen.Auch der unkomplizierte Kontakt zu den sehr netten Vermietern soll hier nicht unerwähnt bleiben, ebenso der Kontakt mit den herzlichen Verwaltern vor Ort. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
