This six-bedroom villa (395m2) located on a plot of 700 m2 with a saltwater heated pool (9.5mx5m)in the Marbella region is placed beachside in the traditional Spanish town San Pedro de Alcantara in a quiet urbanization. With only 400 meters to the beach and 600 meters to the town centre of San Pedro, it is in a perfect location.
Puerto Banus is around the corner, with 3 minutes in the car and a 30-minute stroll on the promenade by the beach which leads all the way to Marbella. The villa offers 395m2 spread over 3 floors, 6 bedrooms all with new beds and TV, 3 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and 3 with access to the top terrace. In the spacious dining area, 12 people can comfortably eat together. The lounge has a lovely seating area with leather sofas around the TV and fireplace and it also has a pool table which offers great entertainment for you and your dear ones. From here you also have access to the main terrace of the house with spacious seating areas.
The kitchen is built and decorated in rustic Spanish style and offers modern appliances, being well equipped for a lovely cooking experience. A big plus is that the kitchen has a water purification system installed, which means that the tap water in the kitchen is 100% safe to drink, saving you money and constant trips to the supermarket. The semi-basement has 2 bedrooms and a large entertaining area with a ping pong table, football table, TV and play-station.
On the plot (700 m2) you have a large heated salt-water pool (9.5x5m) with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.9m, sunbeds and a large outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining area.
~ Inside
On the ground floor, you have the living room, the kitchen and a service toilet. From the hall, you can go up the stairs to the master bedroom with its en suite bathroom, three guest bedrooms and a terrace. The semi-basement has two guest bedrooms with an en suite bathroom each, a lounge area and an entertaining area with a ping pong table, football table, large TV and play station.
The living room is a very pleasant space as it is connected to the terrace by two large glass gliding doors that give you a beautiful view over the garden and the private pool. The pool table is placed in the middle of the living room, between the lounge and dining area, serving as entertainment for all ages. The wrought iron chandeliers give an elegant touch to the space. The dining area is built around a wooden table for 12 and gives a warm atmosphere due to the wooden furniture. The sitting area is composed of three large comfortable sofas and a wooden coffee table. From here you may enjoy your TV show on the flat-screen TV placed high on the brick wall. The two lamps placed high on the brick walls allow you to enjoy the space in the dim light.
On this level, you have a very welcoming kitchen with large windows that allow natural light to invade. The wooden furniture and brick walls will transform cooking into a pleasant, homey activity. Although the furniture and appearance of the kitchen are classical, the appliances are all modern. The kitchen island has vitro ceramic, a stove and a powerful extractor. The kitchen has a wooden table for four, in case you want to share an intimate breakfast with your loved ones. Also, there is a water purification system installed, so the tap water in the kitchen is safe to drink.
As you go up the stairs you get to the first level of the villa. You find here the master bedroom with its en suite bathroom and three guest bedrooms that share a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), spacious wooden recessed wardrobes, a make-up table with a mirror, and an elegant wooden bench. A large gliding door offers an exit to the terrace upstairs with a beautiful view over the urbanization. The en suite bathroom has a double sink, a large walk-in shower, a toilet and a bidet. The window allows natural light to come in. The wooden bathroom furniture and the elegant tiles give a traditional ambience to this space. Two of the guest bedrooms have two single beds (90x200cm)each. The first guest bedroom offers an exit to the first-level terrace. The windows of this bedroom allow you to admire the beautiful urbanization together with the garden and pool area. You have plenty of storage space as the bedroom has spacious recessed wardrobes. The nightstands with lamps complete the modern look of this guest bedroom. The second guest bedroom has three large windows that offer a wide view of the exotic vegetation. This bedroom has a chest of drawers with a large mirror above and a nightstand with a lamp with shade. The third guest bedroom has a makeup table with a mirror, nightstands with lamps and a spacious recessed wardrobe. From this bedroom, you have access to the terrace with a view of the property and urbanization. The family bathroom shared by these bedrooms has a spacious walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. The furniture is made of wood, the tiles are traditional. In the semi-basement, you have two guest bedrooms with an en suite bathroom each. The first guest bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm), a flat-screen TV, nightstands with lamps, a small window and recessed wardrobes. The second guest bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm). The two nightstands with lamps, the flat-screen TV, the window and the recessed wardrobe make this space a cosy and comfortable one. The en suite bathrooms each have a double sink and walk-in shower. The windows let natural light come in. The mirrors and tiles lend a welcoming atmosphere to these bathrooms.
The sitting area from the semi-basement has a comfortable sofa and armchairs and is suitable for listening to music or chatting by the coffee table. Here you also have a very spacious game room with a ping pong table, large TV, play station and a football table that will serve to the great amusement of your kids. Because of its relative isolation from the rest of the villa, this level can easily serve as an intimate space for two-generation families. In the semi-basement, you also have the garage. All six bedrooms of the property are hot/cold air-conditioned.
~ Terrace/Garden
As you enter this property you cross a very neat courtyard that enters the private garden (235m2) has the heated pool (9.5mx5m) in its middle (pool heating is charged extra from 400 euros/week - please inquire for the exact price as electricity prices are increasing daily). On hot days you can have a sun tan on one of the 16 sun loungers provided by the property.
The private heated pool with Roman steps is perfect for kids, because the shallow end is 1 meter deep, as it is for those who want to swim (the deep end is 1,9 m). Pool heating is charged an extra 400 euros/week based on electricity prices. Please inquire about the exact price, longer stays with the heated pool will be charged differently.
The manicured garden offers the perfect amount of exotic vegetation.
The terraces (150m2) combine your need to sit in the shade with that of sharing a dinner with friends or just enjoying your coffee. The main terrace is placed at the exit from the living room. From here you have a beautiful pool view while you drink your coffee in the sitting area or enjoy your meals at the spacious dining table for 8.
The patio is the perfect spot to prepare a very special meal or BBQ for your dear ones. It has a completely equipped cooking area with a spacious kitchen with a countertop that has a double sink and an espresso. The patio also has a service toilet with a sink, mirror and a walk-in shower. This place truly mixes the need of having complete comfort, having fun, preparing a good meal and spending a great time with dear ones. It also responds to your need to have a traditional design space, with brick columns and wooden apparent beams, traditional wooden furniture and wrought iron simple chandeliers.

This villa is placed in Montecarlo, a quiet residential urbanization in walking distance to San Pedro Beach (400m). This exquisite urbanization is surrounded by lovely restaurants with local dishes and fantastic sea food. You also find very close to the villa small bars, cafes and shops. The urbanization is very close to the typically Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara.
~ Beach
The beach San Pedro de Alcantara is within walking distance (400m) of the villa. The beach is placed halfway between Estepona and Marbella, and is considered a quiet and very pleasant one, covered in fine sand. Due to the unique mixture of eucalyptus trees and palm trees the esplanade is a very relaxing place to wander around. The beach of San Pedro has also some peculiar presences among the exotic vegetation: elephants meant to be used as showers.
~ Golf
In just a 5 minutes drive (1.5km) you reach one of the most well known golf courses: Real Club de Golf Guadalmina. At 2 kilometers there is Atalaya Golf and Country Club and at 4 kilometers El Paraiso Golf. If you are a golf lover you will be delighted to be close to El Paraiso Golf Club, the friendliest international club providing the best championship on the course. El Paraiso Golf Club is set out with the backdrop of La Concha mountain to the north and the Mediterranean to the south. The villa is also close to Atalaya Golf Country Club, an amazing golf course set against the stunning backdrop of the Sierra Blanca mountains. Its two magnificent 18-hole courses - the Atalaya Old Course and the Atalaya New Course - are lined with mature eucalyptus trees, cactus and palms and pink and white azaleas that fill the air with an unforgettable and intoxicating scent.
~ Shopping/Restaurants
If you need to buy groceries, fresh meat, wines, vegetables, fruits or seasonal produce you'll find in aprox. 1km Maskom supermarket. Another supermarket around you is Spar El Ingenio, at about 1km from the villa. As for restaurants you will have the pleasant surprise of being surrounded by them. Restaurante Casa Fernando is at only 120 meters, Trattoria L'Impronta and Restaurante Albert and Simon, to mention only some of them. Our favorite restaurant is also at only 1km from you, restaurante Alfredo. It's a must on your list.If you like to experiment the local beach restaurants we recommend you Tropical Beach Bar at 380 meters, Chiringuito Nini at 400 meters, Bora Bora Beach Club at 430 meters, Chiringuito Guayaba Beach at 460 meters. El Ancla at 600 meters offers beautiful sea views and excellent fish and seafood.
~ Activities
A beautiful church worth visiting is Iglesia de San Pedro at only 1200 meters from the villa. You will find in the middle of a lovely Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara a beautiful square surrounded by cafes, bars and eateries among orange trees and quiet gardens. Not to mention the newly renovated Paseo on the main Boulevard in San Pedro, in 800m from the villa. 54.000 square meters of urban park, where you'll find an extensive play area for your kids, cafes and bars. We recommend this area for a nice long evening walk.If you want to take a look at the ancient history of the area we recommend you to visit Basilica Paleocristiana Vega Del Mar at 800 meters from the villa or the Termas Romanas Las Bovedas 900 meters.In 16km you reach the beautiful Andalusian town of Estepona with its amazing narrow streets full of flowers and colors. At a distance of 10 kilometers but in opposite direction you have Marbella's city center with its famous old town studded with orange trees. Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 10 minutes drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce Gabbana, and others.If your kids need interesting activities, we recommend Selwo Aventura, an amazing zoo at just 9km from the villa. If you love different kinds of sports we invite you to Cable Ski and Wake Board Center on a beautiful lake in Guadalmina Alta, at 3.1km from the villa. You can also visit Paddel tennis and Tennis club Nueva Alcantara at 1km from your villa.
