Holiday house Krase is located in the village of the same name in central Istria, near Svetvinčent. The house offers an unforgettable vacation with family or friends in a completely isolated location, on the edge of the village. Guests have at their disposal two bedrooms and a living room for sleeping. The maximum number of people is 6. The bedrooms are connected by internal stairs, Important note: the bedroom on the ground floor and the bedroom in the attic (two separate beds) are not separated by a wall and a door. Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
