4-person ground floor apartment with a view of the beautifully landscaped inner garden facing south. This gorgeous apartment features a large living room with a sitting and dining area. Large glass doors open onto the sun-drenched, wind-protected terrace, which is fenced off by greenery and relatively private. The modern kitchen, equipped with every comfort, includes a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine.
From the hallway, you have access to the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a desk, and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms come with a TV and curtains that darken the rooms for a pleasant night's sleep. The spacious, very beautiful, and modern bathroom welcomes you with a generous walk-in shower and a washbasin. The toilet is separate.
The sunny terrace in the courtyard faces south - here you can enjoy the sun all day long.
With us, you surf the WLAN for free. Ample parking is also available free of charge, as well as charging facilities for e-bikes.
The corner sofa in the living area can be pulled out to provide an additional sleeping space.

For our youngest guests, there is a playground in our 2000 m² indoor garden.
For the older ones, we have a separate playground next to the building and, additionally, during the high season, a 3000 m² playfield perfect for volleyball or football - also excellently suited for flying kites.
Our apartment Paradijsje 23 is located in the well-known Amelander Paradijs in the town of Buren. Buren is situated in the east on the beautiful island of Ameland, also known as "Waddendiamant Ameland." The town offers you shops, restaurants, and cafes. An indoor swimming pool, as well as a supermarket, are also available and within a few minutes' walk. Here, both young and old will enjoy a great bowling area and the opportunity to play mini-golf. Buren is surrounded by meadows and nature reserves and is only a few hundred meters from the extensive sandy beach.

Traveling to the ferry terminal in Holwerd is conveniently done by car from all directions. If you wish to take your car to the island, we recommend making a car reservation in advance at www.wpd.nl.
If you prefer to travel by train, your usual destination station is Leeuwarden - from there, you can quickly and comfortably take a taxi to Holwerd for about 40 euros, or even more affordably with a subsequent bus ride. The taxi ride takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic, while the bus ride takes approximately 50 minutes.
