The holiday home is built on a slope and extends over 2 floors: the upper floor has a living-dining room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom. On the lower floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom.
From the living area, you can access the large, covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and 2 outdoor showers. From here, you enjoy a fantastic view of the Gulf of Lacona. The property is completely fenced. Access to the property is via an automatic entrance gate with remote control.
The Villetta La Brisetta stands out with a wonderful panoramic view of the Gulf of Lacona. From here, the view extends to Montecristo, Pianosa and on clear days, even to Corsica.

Villetta La Brisetta is located in the south of the island of Elba in the bay of Lacona, just a short walk from Capoliveri, the picturesque hilltop village. Cancellation due to Corona
In the event that you cannot start your trip due to an official travel ban for the Elba region, Tuscany, Italy, we offer you a free rebooking. Alternatively, we will refund the travel amount already paid - minus a small processing fee. We are happy to inform you about the necessary deadlines for this.
In general, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which also covers cancellation due to a required Corona quarantine. We are happy to conclude this for you.
