Villa Alex Exclusive is a beautiful, modernly equipped holiday home in the Gulici district, about 3 km from the sea and a 5-minute drive from Porec. The house is situated in a quiet location on a fenced property of 900 sqm and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a 32 sqm swimming pool, sun loungers, well-kept lawn, summer kitchen with covered terrace, barbecue, and several parking spaces in the courtyard.

The tourist office is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00 during the summer months. Please check in here. Upon presentation of your voucher, you will be picked up by the owner of your holiday accommodation or guided to your apartment by a pilot.
If you are unable to arrive within the agency's opening hours due to traffic jams or other circumstances, please contact the agency by phone in good time.

If the TENANT cancels or withdraws the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date on which the cancellation notice is received is considered the date of cancellation (if it is a Sunday or public holiday, the following working day will apply). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.
