This corner split-level house is quietly situated just outside the center of Cadzand-Bad and is only a few minutes' walk from the beach and sea. With three bedrooms, this house can accommodate up to 6 people. A baby could possibly come as a 7th guest: there is a baby cot in one of the bedrooms upstairs.
Layout: Through the entrance area, where the toilet is located, you enter the open kitchen with dining table. A few steps lead down to the lower living room. The sliding door opens onto the terrace with access to a communal garden.
The three bedrooms are located on the upper floors. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, one of which has a baby cot. The third bedroom has two single beds and is equipped with a washbasin. The centrally located bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.
We also rent out the houses Wijk de Brabandfer 58, 59, 61, and 62. If you want to vacation with multiple families at once, these houses are ideal. These houses come equipped with satellite TV featuring an extensive selection of German channels.
The house also has a parking space for your car. Bringing a maximum of one dog is allowed in this house.
This house can be rented per week, midweek, or weekend. In the high season (July-August), it is only available for weekly rental with Saturday as the check-in and check-out day. Outside of the high season, check-in and check-out days can be Monday, Friday, or Saturday. Other days upon request.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southernmost point of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and for sun worshippers - the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year.

From the sixth week before the start of the rental until the second week before the start of the rental, we charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental, we charge 100%. In addition, you also pay €35 in administrative costs. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any monies already paid will be refunded. To avoid discussions, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.
