This attractive and modernly furnished apartment is quietly situated, just outside the center of Cadzand-Bad and only a few minutes' walk from the beach and sea. It is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms for a maximum of 4 people. A baby could possibly come as a 5th guest: one of the bedrooms has a crib.
Layout: Outside, you take the stairs up to the entrance door of this apartment. The bright and sunny living room has a seating area with TV, a dining table, and a modern open kitchen. Through the balcony door, you have access to the balcony overlooking the garden and the street. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer compartment, as well as a washing machine.
A staircase leads down to the bedrooms, bathroom, and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed (two single beds) and a crib. The bathroom has a shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.
You can park your car (for free) in the driveway next to the house or in a public parking space on the street. A maximum of one dog is allowed.
This apartment can be rented per week, midweek or weekend. In the high season (July-August), it is only available for weekly rental with Saturday as the check-in and check-out day. Outside of the high season, check-in and check-out can be on Monday, Friday, or Saturday. Other days upon request.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and for sun worshippers - the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year.

From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay an administration fee of €35. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid disputes, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.
