Cancellation policy
In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.

Holiday destination
Košutići is a small village near Višnjan in western Istria. Višnjan, a beautiful town on a hill, is only 5 km away, from which the view extends all the way from Novigrad to Vrsar. In fine weather, even alpine peaks in Italy and Slovenia can be seen. The whole area is home to excellent wines and olive oils. The center of the region, the old town of Poreč with its old buildings, but also with its beautiful beaches, is 15 km away.
