Cancellation policy
The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. The decisive factor is the time when the withdrawal declaration is received by ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH. It is recommended to declare the withdrawal through a registered letter. In the event of a withdrawal, ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH is entitled to reasonable compensation in accordance with § 651 i BGB.
In the case of withdrawal, ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH may demand standardized cancellation fees as follows:
up to 90 days before departure 25% of the travel price,
89 – 63 days before departure 35% of the travel price,
62 – 35 days before departure 50% of the travel price,
34 – 2 days before departure 90% of the travel price,
In case of later withdrawal, the entire travel price must be charged.
It remains the right of the traveler to prove to ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH that no damage or significantly less damage has been incurred than the flat rate demanded by ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH.
For a property whose price depends on the number of occupants, withdrawal with the consequence that the above cancellation rates apply can only be made by all participants together. If only one or several participants withdraw, a cancellation fee must be charged in the full amount of the travel price per person.

This meticulously renovated "Masia" - a typical Catalan country house - stands majestically on a terraced garden plot amidst olive groves and lush subtropical vegetation in the green hills of Regencós. The small medieval village at the foothills of the Begur mountains has preserved its original charm with cobbled streets along the former city wall. Here one can still enjoy the leisurely pace of life. The Costa Brava impresses with its scenic diversity of cliffs, hidden coves with crystal clear water, pine forests, and steep coastlines. One of the largest beaches of Begur is Sa Riera with its broad strip of sand. For a day trip, Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia, which is one of the most important cultural metropolises, is highly recommended.
On an evening stroll down to the market square of Regencós, one can also indulge their palate at the restaurant.
