Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved:
Cancellation
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
- from 29 days to 0 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 30 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
