The holiday apartments are located between Warns and Stavoren, nestled in a cozy marina situated in the heart of the water-rich Frisian lake district, a relatively short distance from the IJsselmeer. For cyclists, hikers, and especially water sports enthusiasts, these holiday apartments are a highly suitable choice, offering a fantastic location in Friesland. These charming 80m2 apartments were built in the spring of 2017. Both are equipped with every comfort, including an atmospheric gas fireplace and an infrared sauna, adding a touch of luxury. Around the harbor apartments, there's plenty of water and play space for your children (sandbox, bicycles, swings, trampoline, and canoes). The garden is on open water, perfect for fishing.

The harbor apartments are particularly atmospheric and fully furnished (with attention to detail). The apartments have a living room upstairs, offering a fantastic view of the harbor, the wide canal, and the meadows. The gas fireplace provides pleasant warmth and adds atmosphere. The apartment features a semi-open kitchen with a dishwasher, combination oven, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. The property boasts lovely terraces where you can relax and unwind. On the ground floor of the harbor apartments, you will find a well-maintained bathroom and two bedrooms with comfortable beds. There's also an infrared sauna on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are terraces at the front and back of the house with garden furniture and a breathtaking view over the water. A parking space for your car is available a very short distance from the house. Wi-Fi is, of course, available, and bed linen is included in the price.

Stavoren: Within 1-2 km from the holiday home, at the old harbor, you will find among other things the Lady of Stavoren, the symbol of the medieval legend of the mysterious downfall of Stavoren after a wealthy past. Stavoren has a beautiful sandy beach on the IJsselmeer coast. At the marina, you can rent a sailboat or a sloop to explore the Frisian lakes. The area around Stavoren is particularly suitable for water sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers. From Stavoren, you can make beautiful trips to the 11 cities such as Workum, Hindeloopen, or Sneek. On a nice day, you can take a boat to Enkhuizen (Zuiderzee Museum, Fairy Tale Forest), go for a lovely bike ride through the forests of Gaasterland, or lounge on one of the beautiful beaches. In less favorable weather, you could visit the Jopie Huisman Museum in Workum or the Friesian Skating Museum in Hindeloopen.
The holiday home is a pet-free and smoke-free accommodation for four people, where you can enjoy a wonderful (short) vacation in Friesland (even in winter, as it is located on the Eleven Cities route). You will immediately feel at home in the cozy atmosphere.
