Cancellation policy
In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.

The beach is only 4 kilometers away from the villa, and you will find that the area of Rovinj has truly amazing beaches. The town of Rovinj itself, one of the most popular destinations in Croatia, is only 17 kilometers away and is waiting to bewitch you.
