There are beautiful stone villas complex built near Tinjan in central Istria. The property has two lovely, poolside villas and is optimal for a group of 12 guests. Both villas are newly built, however, respecting the traditional Istrian architecture and design. The main material used for construction is, of course, stone, and the entire exterior of both houses is decorated with a lovely Mediterranean garden giving the property a special ambience, a lovely scent in the air and plenty of shade for the hot summer days. Each villa features an outdoor swimming pool perfect for a morning refreshment or relaxation during the day on one of the lovely beach chairs. The interior design is a special bonus. It was done with great style and elegance, combining traditional wooden furniture and decorations with modern sofas, kitchens with clean, contemporary lines and exquisite artwork on the villas’ walls. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.
