Breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Garda, splendid tranquility, and a private property spanning nearly three hectares â€“ that's Favai Hills. The energy and peace of this place are unique. With only four suites on the extensive grounds, guests enjoy seclusion and complete privacy.

Getting there

FAVAI HILLS is nestled in nature, hidden in an almost untouched landscape. Off the main road â€“ opposite the "Albergo Alle Fasse" â€“ a steep path branches off upwards. This path leads directly to FAVAI HILLS. And because we want our location to be free from road noise, the last stretch between the main road and FAVAI HILLS can only be accessed via a gravel road. Please follow these directions and not your GPS or Google Maps (especially at the destination point): Drive on the A22 motorway until you reach AFFI. Initially head towards GARDA (just towards Garda, do not drive all the way to Garda). From the third roundabout, you will find signs for SAN ZENO DI MONTAGNA (S. ZENO M.). Once in SAN ZENO DI MONTAGNA, drive through the entire village. At the end of the village, you will find the HOTEL LAGUNA on the left. After the hotel, the road goes downhill again towards the lake. After 2.5 kilometers (!), you will come to the village of FASSE with the hotel ALBERGO ALLE FASSE on the left side. Right opposite the "Albergo Alle Fasse," you will see a sign for "FAVAI HILLS" and a path branching off upwards. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PARKING LOT OF THE HOTEL ALLE FASSE AS A TURNING POINT. This is private property and not publicly accessible. After the hotel, you will find a small parking lot on the right for turning around. The last stretch of road is a bit steep and then comes a gravel road. Drive straight through and you will arrive directly at your holiday destination.
