A breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Garda, delightful tranquility, and a private property spanning nearly three hectares – that's Favai Hills. The energy and peace of this place are unique. With only four suites on the large property, guests enjoy seclusion and complete privacy.
Getting there
FAVAI HILLS is nestled in nature, hidden in nearly untouched landscapes. Off the main road – opposite the "Albergo Alle Fasse" – a steep path branches off upwards. This path leads directly to FAVAI HILLS. And because we want our location to be undisturbed by road noise, the final stretch between the main road and FAVAI HILLS is only accessible via a gravel road.
Please follow these directions and not your GPS or Google Maps (especially at the destination point):
Take the A22 motorway to AFFI.
Initially, head towards GARDA (towards Garda, but do not drive to Garda).
From the third roundabout, you will then find signs for SAN ZENO DI MONTAGNA (S. ZENO M.).
Once in SAN ZENO DI MONTAGNA, drive through the entire village.
At the end of the village, on the left, you will find the HOTEL LAGUNA. After the hotel, the road goes back downhill towards the lake.
After 2.5 kilometers (!), you will come across the village of FASSE with the hotel ALBERGO ALLE FASSE on the left side.
Directly opposite the "Albergo Alle Fasse," you will see a sign "FAVAI HILLS," and a path branches off upwards. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PARKING LOT OF THE HOTEL ALLE FASSE AS A TURNAROUND. It is private property and not publicly accessible. After the hotel, you will find a small parking lot on the right for turning around.
The last piece of road is a bit steep, and then there is a gravel road. Continue straight on this road, and you will arrive directly at your holiday destination.
