There's a convertible armchair bed in this area. The kitchen features a nice dining area, and a larger folding table is available to set up in the living room for more dining space when the weather doesn't allow outdoor dinners. Practical bench dishwasher in the kitchen. From the kitchen, you access two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed for two people. This cottage also has a bathroom with an incinerating toilet, sink, and washing machine. A shower is available adjacent to the sauna in the annex/sauna house. In a separate annex, also called a sauna house, there's a lovely sauna and a fully tiled shower room. There's also a comfortable bedroom with a sofa bed for two. Perfect for those who want to stay secluded from the others and have proximity to the sauna and especially the wood-fired hot tub outside. Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
