Look forward to a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday in this stylishly furnished 4-room holiday apartment on the raised ground floor for up to 4 people in a quiet location in the Baltic Sea resort of Laboe.
You will feel at home as soon as you enter the 90m², light-flooded apartment. In front of you is a stylishly furnished and designed dining area with an open, modern fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and offers you plenty of space for preparing meals, cooking and baking. From the living room you can look directly out onto the sea through the large windows. The large terrace offers you plenty of space to relax. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second is a single bed that can be pulled out to make a double bed.
Would you like to travel with family or friends? Ideally, we also rent out the neighboring apartment Alvine. The holiday apartments can also be used together via a connecting door. This door can be opened if required. Please feel free to contact us!
A parking space at the house is reserved for you. There is a washing machine in the basement of the house. This is shared with the neighboring apartment Alvine.
To charge your electric car, you can rent a wallbox on site for a daily flat rate of €10. The flat rate can only be booked for the entire stay and rental is only possible on site, subject to availability. You can get the wallbox chip from the rental office for a deposit of €50. You must bring your own charging cable.
