The approximately 40 m² 2-room holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Hafen-Residenz apartment complex at the old Laboer harbor with a partial view of the fjord/harbor and offers space for up to 4 people.
A separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and sufficient storage space are available next to a spacious bathroom with shower/toilet and a combined living-bedroom with sofa bed (140x200 cm) with kitchenette. You can enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast on the balcony overlooking the harbor. A parasol provides pleasant shade.
A parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you. This is a parking space with a lift (L 500cm x W 200cm x H 150cm). Please note the maximum height of 1.50m. Larger cars and vans must find a space outside. Alternatively, we offer you the option of renting a parking space from us for a fee, depending on availability.
Bicycles that you bring with you can be parked outside. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated machines) are available in the basement.
Would you like to take your dog with you on holiday? A dog is welcome to travel with you for an additional charge. Please understand that this holiday apartment is a non-smoking residence.

Welcome to the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Laboe on the Kiel Fjord with endless sandy beaches and cycle paths, an interesting harbor and many lovely restaurants. The state capital of Kiel is on the doorstep. If you want something more tranquil, take the scheduled boat from Laboe harbor to the pier, right in Kiel city center, in the summer months. The wide Baltic Sea beach is perfect for swimming in summer and for long walks in winter. Laboe is on the busiest shipping route in the world - an El Dorado for "sightseers." The beaches are flat and child-friendly. In bad weather, there is an indoor seawater pool with warm water.
