On the beautiful south coast of the island of Fehmarn: The fantastic, approx. 51 m² 3-room holiday apartment with wraparound balcony and sea view is on the 2nd floor and is suitable for up to 4 people.
Welcome to your vacation! An elevator takes you to your temporary home. The tastefully furnished apartment offers a large living and dining room with an open kitchenette. The good equipment with induction stove, oven with integrated microwave and dishwasher ensures a good mood when self-catering. For a contemporary media experience, a small music system (radio, CD, Bluetooth), a television and a free WiFi connection await you. The highlight of the holiday home is certainly the spacious balcony. In one direction you have a great view of the Baltic Sea, which is only 100 m away. In the other direction, your view falls on the landmark of the island of Fehmarn, which is clearly visible in the distance: the Fehmarnsund Bridge. The two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, ensure a pleasant night's sleep. The shower room is brightly tiled. The beach, used only by residents of the holiday complex, is just a two-minute walk from the house and can be reached without crossing a street.
A parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked at the numerous bicycle racks in front of the house. A washing machine for communal use is located in the basement.
