This 2-room holiday apartment near the beach on Schöneberg Beach welcomes you with a modern and maritime feel. Up to 2 people can make themselves comfortable here and spend a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday on an area of approx. 45 m².
The living/dining area with a comfortable sofa bed and open fitted kitchen, the shower room with a large new shower and the terrace are on the ground floor. A wonderful electric fireplace creates a warm and cozy atmosphere even on cool days. From the kitchen you have the option of using your own small front garden including garden and patio furniture.
The bedroom in the basement is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, mini stereo system, books and board games provide entertainment.
The holiday apartment is also suitable for home office use. Matching shelves and a printer as well as free WiFi are available.
If required, you can use a washing machine and tumble dryer for a fee (coin-operated machines). The large garden in the rear area and the table tennis table can be used by all guests.
