Enjoy a break by the sea in this pretty, freshly and modernly renovated 52m² 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand.
The apartment is modern, stylish and furnished for up to 4 people.
A cozy living room with a couch corner, flat-screen TV (including iPod TV docking station), Blu-Ray player and a radio awaits you.
The integrated open high-gloss kitchen-diner is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee machine, a microwave, a dining area for 4 people, a high chair and much more. The terrace facing south is ideal for drinking coffee and sunbathing (the use of the lawn is unfortunately not permitted).
The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m with separate mattresses), a wardrobe and two chests of drawers and a flat-screen TV. The second, smaller bedroom is furnished with a chest of drawers and another cozy double bed (1.40m x 2.00m). Both bedrooms have insect screens.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. A hairdryer, iron/ironing board and a clothes rack are also available in the apartment.
Especially for children, you can look forward to a travel cot with an additional mattress, a high chair and a step for washing hands.
