On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and sitting area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge + freezer, coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster and dishwasher. Also bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the first floor are two bedrooms with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, a covered terrace with a perfect view of the pool and the garden. Jakovici is a small village near Tinjan-The city of the Istrian ham. Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Porec with Pazin. cancellation policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less then €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. the conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
