Cancellation policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Villa Meli is located in a small village called Selina, near to the beautiful and historic town St. Lovrec with lots of restaurants and cafes, a market and post office. Because of its unique location and surroundings by a beautiful garden with sea view and the forest landscape you have the great opportunity to go on holiday with the whole family.

Wir durften gerade dieses tolle Ferienhaus für 2 Wochen genießen. Selbst bei durchwachsenem Wetter lässt sich hier im beheizten Außenwhirlpool und dem voll ausgestatteten Haus mit Billardtisch und Dart die Zeit gut vertreiben.
Das Haus war sauber und die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht-wirklich toll.
Auch der Pool war super und er wird einmal wöchentlich durch die Vermieter gereinigt sowie die Bettwäsche und Handtücher für Haus und Pool getauscht. Toller Service!
Es stehen auch drei Mountainbikes in der Garage zur freien Verfügung.
Die Lage des Hauses ist nicht die Zentralste, aber in 3 km ist ein guter Supermarkt und in Porec ist man in 15 bis 20 Minuten. Also vollkommen okay. Können die Villa nur empfehlen!

Die Villa haben wir für acht Personen gebucht. Das Haus ist top ausgerüstet und alles war vorhanden. Von einem Whirlpool über MTB's, Luftmatratzen, Badetücher etc. bis zu einem Billardtisch.
Die Bettwäsche wurde während den zwei Wochen am mittleren Samstag gewechselt und die Ville geputzt. Bei einem kleinen Problem kamen die Vermieter sofort vorbei und lösten es. Einfach genial.
Zum Meer oder die nächsten "grösseren" Städten fährt man rund 30-40 Minuten. Der nächste Laden ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Fazit: Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.
