Cancellation policy
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
- For cancellations up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
- For cancellations from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
- For cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
- From the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or interruption of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.

Look forward to the stunning landscape with high, steep cliffs of Tenerife's north coast. Here in the very well-kept, charming little town of El Sauzal with a beautiful plaza and lots of floral decorations, you can feel at ease. High above the cliffs, there are several attractive miradores (viewpoints).
The owner couple, living below the penthouse, are from Italy and Cuba. He is a gifted professional chef. If guests wish, he will cook a 3-course menu and serve it on the penthouse terrace.
Particularly noteworthy in El Sauzal is the wine museum.
Of course, you can also participate in a wine tasting or buy your favorite wine right there.
In town, there are many supermarkets and restaurants.
Getting there
The distance to Tenerife South Airport is approximately 80 km, and to the North Airport about 20 km. It's about 35 km to the capital Santa Cruz and 15 km to Puerto de la Cruz. The center of El Sauzal is about a 3-minute drive away. The golf course "El Peñon - Real Club de Golf" can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes.

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem wunderschönen Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Schon wenn man zur Tür hinein kommt und auf der anderen Seite aus dem großen Fenster auf das blaue Wasser des Meeres und linker Hand den Teide blickt, schlägt das Urlauberherz höher! Der Ausblick und die beiden Terrassen sind wunderschön zu jeder Tageszeit! Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das große Bett ist sehr bequem und auch sonst ist alles für einen entspannten Urlaub vorhanden. Richtig klasse ist natürlich der eigene Pool, der jederzeit eine Abkühlung ermöglicht und das hervorragende 3-Gänge Menü zubereitet vom Eigentümer auf der eigenen Terrasse rundet den Tag perfekt ab. Im Norden gibt es vielfältige Ausflugsziele. Z.B. Costa Sauzal, Parque los Lavaderos, Anaga Gebirge, La Laguna uvm. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Positiv sind die Terrassen, von denen aus man einen überwältigenden Blick auf den Teide u. das Meer hat. Mehr Gutes können wir nicht berichten. Wir mögen den Charme auch von schlichteren Unterkünfte u. haben keinen Luxus erwartet. Hier aber haben wir uns wenig willkommen gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen u. die Ausstattung war lieblos. Zur Begrüßung stand nicht einmal Wasser bereit. In der Küche war alles wahllos in den Schränken verteilt. Neben dem Kühlschrank stand ein Sack Zement. Dafür fehlten Seife u. Spülschwamm. Die jüngste Gästeinformation stammte aus 2017. Die nackten Glühbirnen an der Wand, die schmuddeligen Auflagen für die Liegen, die nicht schließende Schranktür, die nicht abschließbare Terrassentür u. viel Ähnliches taten ihr Übriges. Freude am Gastgeben sieht anders aus!
