The holiday home offers a living space of about 170 sqm, the terrace in front of the living room is approximately 80 sqm, the patio (courtyard) about 30 sqm, garden with pool roughly 400 sqm, and the entire property around 700 sqm. The garden and terrace are predominantly secluded. Furthermore, a small path, about 100 meters long, skirts the edge of the private banana plantation leading to a secluded terrace, also not overlooked, about 20 meters above the sea.
The living area is all on one level. The living room with a separate dining area is about 55 sqm in size. There are two cozy leather armchairs, a flat-screen TV with satellite dish for receiving German, Spanish, and other TV and radio programs. There are four chairs around the dining table.
Not only the ambitious amateur chef dreams of this kitchen. It has everything you could need - in line with the high standard of the house: dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric grill, fridge/freezer combination, coffee machine, toaster, and much more. In a separate room, there is a washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, and iron.
The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a TV with DVD player. In front of this bedroom, there is a walk-in closet or dressing room. The smaller bedroom has a single bed (90 x 190), in which both a child and an adult can sleep well. Comfort mattresses ensure a restful sleep.
The bathroom has a shower, double sink, bidet, and toilet. There is a hairdryer. There is also a guest toilet.
Bed linen, dish towels, hand towels, and bath towels are plentiful. "Paraiso del Norte" is a non-smoking house. Of course, smoking outside the house is possible. Should it really be necessary to heat the house on cooler winter evenings, the two bedrooms, the bathroom, and the hallway are heated with marble flat-panel radiators that provide high heating comfort. In addition, the living room can be heated with the open fireplace.
The outdoor facilities are very well-maintained and spacious. The size of the pool is hard to describe due to its shape; it is approximately 11 x 5 m in size and up to 1.60 m deep. Sun loungers and a parasol are available at the pool.

The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
if you cancel up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
if you cancel from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
if you cancel from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
from the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or interruption of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.
