Cancellation policy
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
for cancellations up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
for cancellations from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
for cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
from the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.

In the south of the island, just outside the small town of Granadilla de Abona, lies this dreamy place of peace and relaxation, nestled within a large finca, with views over the hinterland and a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the southern coastline of the island - this is Finca Madera.
The house "Casa Madera" is an ideal starting point for hikes. After just 50 meters, you reach the first hiking trail. The beaches in the south of the island are only a 15-minute drive away. The south airport is 15 km away, and the north airport is approximately 75 km. The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are about 700 meters away in the town of Granadilla. There are pharmacies, banks, and other shops.

Ein perfektes Haus für 2 Personen, super ausgestattet und genau so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. WLAN lief reibungslos! Der top-gepflegte Garten ist das absolute Highlight. Dort gibt es viele verschiedene Pflanzen zu entdecken, dazu ein traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer und ein sehr schöner Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich (sprechen nur Spanisch) und kamen regelmäßig zum Gießen in den Garten - ohne dabei in irgendeiner Weise zu stören.
Das Haus liegt an einer leicht befahrenen Straße, ohne störende Nachbarn, lediglich die zahlreichen Hunde im Ort hört man ab und zu. Falls man mal ein Taxi bestellen möchte, am besten eine Seitenstraße nennen, da an der Adresse der Finca nur 2 Häuser stehen und daher niemand diese Adresse kannte.
Wir können das Haus 100-prozentig weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus ist wirklich genau so wie in der Beschreibung!
Den beheizten Pool und das schöne Grillhaus haben wir sehr häufig genutzt.
Die Ausstattung ist gut, das Haus sauber, der Garten gepflegt und die Orangen, Zitronen und Feigen durften wir täglich ernten - es war ein Genuss!
Die Aussicht von den Terrassen, besonders beim Frühstück, war herrlich.
Es ist noch anzumerken, dass aufgrund der Lage außerhalb des Ortes ein Auto empfehlenswert ist.
Ein großer Stellplatz ist auf dem abschließbaren Grundstück vorhanden.
Die Eigentümer, ein älteres Ehepaar sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir können dieses schöne Ferienhaus im landestypischen Stil auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!
