The holiday apartment is ideally suited for up to 6 adults with its 3 double rooms. In addition, there is a cozy attic nook that can accommodate 2 children (up to 12 years old). The apartment is equipped for self-catering with all the necessities: bed linen, hand and bath towels, bathrobes are provided. The kitchen has all the appliances, and the most important utensils such as dish towels and dish soap are available. The wood stove in the kitchen-diner spreads a cozy warmth and atmosphere. Quiet location at the edge of the forest, in the ski and hiking area of Schladming-Dachstein. Only a 5-minute walk to Haus im Ennstal with restaurants and shops. Directly on the ski slope, only about 500 m to the Hauser Kaibling cable car, the entry point to the Schladming 4-mountain ski circuit with 115 km of slopes! In summer: hiking and mountain biking paradise, via ferratas, golf courses, swimming lakes, zipline at Stoderzinken, rafting, canyoning, paragliding and much more. E-mountain bike rental at "Sport Hauser Kaibling" (only 500 m away).
Coming from Germany: Take the Munich – Salzburg motorway, then the Tauern motorway (A 10) to the Ennstal junction – Ennstal federal road (B 320).
In Haus im Ennstal, turn off towards the Hauser Kaibling cable car. From there, drive towards the town and turn left at the first intersection into Junghannsstraße. Drive up this road, passing the House of Styrian Ski Sports.

Unexpected things can happen. If we can re-rent the apartment with timely cancellation, there are no cancellation costs. If this is not the case: If cancelled up to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged, up to 1 week before arrival 70%, and in the last week before arrival 90% of the total price will be charged. If the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged.
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 Fagg is not applicable. For all other details concerning bookings and reservations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Establishments dated 15.11.2006 are agreed upon.
