Cancellation policy
Unexpected things can happen. If we can re-let the holiday apartment with timely cancellation, there will be no cancellation costs. If this is not the case: For cancellation up to 1 month before arrival, 40% will be charged, up to 1 week before arrival 70%, in the last week before arrival 90% of the total price will be charged. If the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged.
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 Fagg is not applicable. For all further details concerning bookings and reservations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Establishments as of 15.11.2006 are agreed upon.

Quiet location at the edge of the forest, in the ski and hiking area of Schladming-Dachstein. Just a 5-minute walk to Haus im Ennstal with restaurants and shops. Directly on the ski slope, only about 500 m to the Hauser Kaibling cable car, the entry point to the Schladming 4-mountain ski circuit with 115 km of slopes! In summer: hiking and mountain biking paradise, via ferratas, golf courses, swimming lakes, zipline at Stoderzinken, rafting, canyoning, paragliding and much more. E-mountain bike rental at "Sport Hauser Kaibling" (only 500 m away).
Getting there
Coming from Germany: Take the Munich – Salzburg – Tauern motorway (A 10) – Ennstal junction – Ennstal federal road (B 320).
In Haus im Ennstal, turn off towards the Hauser Kaibling cable car. From there, drive towards the town and turn left at the first intersection into Junghannsstraße. Drive up this street, past the House of Styrian Ski Sports. Host informationHostess Ute Gerhart, a trained hotel business manager and certified sommelier, naturally took on the task of looking after the holiday homes and breathing new life into them. Her husband and children also actively help out in the business. The whole family is passionately dedicated to their guests, and the four-legged friends that come along are warmly welcomed.
