Cancellation policy
Sometimes things come up. If we can re-rent the apartment with timely cancellation, there will be no cancellation fees. If this is not possible: For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged, up to 1 week before arrival 70%, and in the last week before arrival 90% of the total price will be charged. If the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival, the entire amount will be charged.
The right of withdrawal under § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 Fagg is not applicable. For all other details concerning bookings and reservations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Establishments as of 15.11.2006 are agreed upon.

Quiet location on the edge of the forest, in the Schladming-Dachstein ski and hiking area. Just a 5-minute walk to Haus im Ennstal with restaurants and shops. Directly on the ski slope, only about 500 meters to the Hauser Kaibling cable car, the entry point to the Schladming 4-mountain ski circuit with 115 km of slopes! In summer: hiking and mountain biking paradise, via ferratas, golf courses, swimming lakes, zipline at Stoderzinken, rafting, canyoning, paragliding and much more. E-mountain bike rental at "Sport Hauser Kaibling" (only 500 m away).
Getting there
Coming from Germany: Take the Munich – Salzburg – Tauern motorway (A 10) – Ennstal junction – Ennstal federal road (B 320).
In Haus im Ennstal, turn off towards the Hauser Kaibling cable car. From there, head towards the town and turn left at the first intersection into Junghannsstraße. Drive up this road, passing the House of Styrian Skiing.
