Near the county town of Adeje, which also includes Playa de las Americas, lies the village of "Taucho". It is a small Spanish village situated on the popular and sunny west side of the island of Tenerife at an altitude of approximately 850 meters.
The living space, including the directly adjacent terraces, is about 250 sqm. It is spread over a living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living room is approximately 50 sqm and offers several cozy sofas, a television with satellite dish for receiving German and other TV programs in digital quality. Stereo system with CD player. DSL internet connection via Wi-Fi. An air conditioning system ensures comfortable temperatures (cooling and heating), and for those who like it cozy on cool days, there is also a stove that can be fueled with wood. The wood is not included in the rental price.
The modern kitchen will delight everyone. Everything is available: oven, electric grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, hot water device, and even a dishwasher.
All bedrooms have double beds with comfort mattresses (each 90 x 200 cm), which ensure a pleasant and restful sleep. The second air conditioning unit can also cool or warm the bedrooms.
Living like in paradise? Imagine waking up in the morning to the sound of birds chirping on the property. Behind your house rises a mighty mountain range, crowned by a nearly four-thousand-meter-high volcano. From the house, you can walk directly into the nature reserve of Tenerife.

The combination of experiencing nature, engaging in sports, and enjoying tranquility is probably why golf is becoming increasingly popular.
With pleasant temperatures, players can choose from among the seven golf courses on Tenerife, which cater to a wide range of preferences. Moreover, from the golf courses, one can enjoy wonderful views of the island's mountainous landscape and, of course, the Atlantic Ocean.
Away from the tourist areas, fascinating landscapes ranging from deserts to dense forests can be discovered on foot. Natural beauties, such as these, are offered in such variety by no other island. The botanical wealth of Tenerife is almost too vast for visitors to fully comprehend. There are approximately 2200 wild plants and 800 cultivated and ornamental plants on the Canary Islands.
In the village itself, there is only one restaurant where you can eat well and at a reasonable price. Additional restaurants offering Spanish, Canarian, and international cuisine are located about 5 km away. The beaches of Playa de Las Americas are just a stone's throw away, and the nearest golf course is only about 15 - 20 minutes away. The "Las Canadas" National Park, with its rugged lunar landscapes, the famous observatory, and its dreamy views of the coastal region and the vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean, is just a half to three-quarters of an hour's drive away. A car is required.

The beaches in the south of the island are just a 15-minute drive away. The south airport is 30 km away, and the north airport is about 100 km. It takes approximately 15 minutes to get to the "Costa-Adeje" golf course and about 20 minutes to the "Abama" golf course. Larger supermarkets are 10 - 15 minutes away.

for cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
from the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or interruption of the trip, 100% will be charged.
