With a truly fantastic 180° panoramic view over the wide Mediterranean and the picturesque green, neo-Moorish complex as well as the center of Nerja, you have found a real holiday oasis in this stylish, bright penthouse and on the beautiful 18 m² south terrace.

The terrace is designed with slightly higher walls on the left and right sides. So, you enjoy the great view at the front seating area and can sunbathe in the generous back part without being seen from the outside.
Due to the south orientation, the sun is not reduced, but it does create great privacy.

Sitting at the terrace table, you will find a free dream view of 180°, also far over the turquoise shimmering sea and the wonderful view of the flowers, bougainvillea, and the natural stone tower so typical for Andalusia.
Very nice also in the off-season when the slanting sun makes the sea shine silver-gold.

A place for relaxation - for a decelerated, relaxing holiday. Blue sky, the Mediterranean as a panorama to the south, blooming plants, the view to the left of the palm avenue, to the right of the natural stone tower, and so on...

The holiday apartment in detail:

Everything is modern and bright, equipped with comfort: underfloor heating throughout, (2x) air conditioning, floor-to-ceiling windows with shutters and fly screens in the living room towards the large south-facing terrace.
White and sand-colored furniture, a large and very modernly designed terrace with many sun furniture, Weber grill/barbecue, and a (also rainproof) awning over the sun loungers.

It is a stylish 52 square meters, divided into a large living room with a modern comfort kitchen, modern bathroom, and bedroom with a large window (aluminum, double-glazed, tilt-and-turn window), fly screen, safe, and also shutters.

The apartment offers 2 air conditioners (living room and bedroom) - and your own fast internet flat/Wi-Fi with unlimited flat rate directly in the apartment is included for free.

Look forward to entertainment for everyone. 2x SAT-TV with all German programs. One of the 2 flat-screen TVs with all German programs (ASTRA) is additionally equipped with FireTV - Smart TV, where we have already paid for Netflix for you. Movies & series at the time you prefer on your TV are therefore included for free. Also, on TV is Spotify music. Of course, there is also a normal radio music system.

Kitchen with a really large fridge-freezer and dishwasher + washing machine.
Good spring core double bed with 2 single mattresses and double bed sheets + comfortable good sofa bed (140x200cm) in the living room; German duvet and pillow system and a safe for your valuables.

On the terrace, you can enjoy sun loungers and seating furniture as well as the rainproof awning.

With us, there are always kitchens with full equipment, so dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob with extractor hood, and very large refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, etc.
Normally in all other 8 apartments also with an oven, but there was (only) no space in this kitchen. For a small fee, we can also bring you a table oven for pizza and baking rolls, etc. (please register in advance, then it is cheaper).

Important note: The picturesque holiday resort San Juan de Capistrano is idyllically situated at the pine-covered nature park and not directly on the highway, as it sometimes appears in the maps. This runs deep in the tunnel and from this apartment, you cannot even see the A7 in the distance - let alone hear it.

Holiday destination

This picturesque garden complex - the holiday resort San Juan de Capistrano - is part of the beautiful coastal town of Nerja and sits majestically about 2 km away from the bustling center, with an impressive sea view above the city core and the picturesque old town. Above the resort, there is only the natural park, pine trees, mountains, rocks, and the blue sky.
Yet, it is only about a 5-minute drive to the center and 3 to Burriana Beach.

At the beautiful large pool area of the holiday resort with rock island and waterfalls, you will find bars and a restaurant as well as plenty of lawn areas and, of course, a sea view.
The pool is usually open from Easter to October 31 of each year. This service is provided by the resort San Juan de Capistrano, and as holiday guests, you will receive a pool card for free access.

The complex is only about a 3-minute drive from Burriana Beach and approximately 5 minutes from the center; there is also a bus to both.
15 minutes to the east along the beautiful coastal road, you will find more splendid (unspoiled) beaches in the Cerro Gordo nature reserve (and before).

Nerja is the ideal starting point for excursions. Its own famous caves, Seville, Granada and the Alhambra, Cordoba, and even Gibraltar, Ronda, and Jerez can be easily visited on a day trip.

Granada's old town and the world-famous Alhambra are now continuously accessible via the motorway in about 60 to 70 minutes.

Note: The motorway, which you can see 'next to' the San Juan de Capistrano complex on Google Maps, does not run there but deep in the tunnel.
From this apartment, you cannot even see it in the distance, let alone hear it... So a truly perfect location for a panoramic apartment.

Malaga Airport (60-70 km) with many airlines: Easy Jet, Lufthansa, Air Berlin, Norwegian, Vueling, Condor, Swiss etc.

Supertolle Wohnung, tolle Gegend, tolle Zeit

Auch wir schließen uns den 5 Sternen an. In der Regel findet man ja in Ferienunterkünften immer etwas Verbesserungswürdiges. Nicht hier! Das Apartment war spitze, sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit Frau Irrgang von Anfang an super und die Organisation hat perfekt funktioniert.Wir wurden bereits vorab bestens mit zahlreichen sehr detaillierten Infos rund um den Urlaub versorgt. Zu Beginn war es mir fast zu viel zu lesen, aber vor Ort waren sie eine sehr große Hilfe, da wir wenig Zeit hatten den Aufenthalt zu planen. Wir haben tolle Strände besucht, sehr gut gegessen und schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Abends konnten wir dann auf der Terrasse gemütlich ein Glas Sangria trinken und die wunderschöne Aussicht genießen. Alles in Allem wirklich supertoll und absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

EINE PERFEKTE WOHLFÜHLOASE !!!

Wir haben die Türe geöffnet und uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Die Einrichtung hat einen hohen Standard, modern , geschmackvoll und gemütlich.
Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts!
Die Betten waren super bequem und der Kleiderschrank groß genug und mit ausreichend Holzkleiderbügel bestückt!!!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, eingebettet in einer gepflegten Grünanlage mit toller Terrasse, ausreichend Platz zum Liegen und Sitzen, besonders zu erwähnen der gigantische Ausblick aufs Meer. Sogar bei Dunkelheit war es ein Highlight.

Der Kontakt mit Frau Irrgang verlief immer sehr zügig über Email. Man hatte eine Frage, man bekam prompt eine schnelle Antwort.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, denn es ist uns sehr wichtig, ein nettes "zu Hause" vorzufinden! Wir geben 5 Sterne!

Wir können uns den guten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Leider kann man nur 5 Punkte vergeben. Gerade der Kontakt mit Frau Irrgang war super. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit die Wohnung schon vor 16 Uhr zu beziehen, dass ist toll, vor allem wenn man schon um 9:30 Uhr in Malaga landet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort und würden jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Liebe Frau Bernstein. Vielen Dank, das ist sehr lieb - auch dass Sie nicht nur die Wohnung sondern auch unseren Kontakt so nett bewerten - obwohl wir ja besser per Mail erreichbar sind und wir beide auch immer nur geschrieben haben.
Aber natürlich geben wir uns permanent Mühe, dass wir sehr schnell antworten und eventuelle Wünsche mithilfe unseres super Teams vor Ort schnell erfüllen oder Aufgaben erledigen können. Und gerne beantworte ich ja auch über diesen Weg immer alle Fragen, auch wenn ich unterwegs bin. Ich habe auch meist den Eindruck, das klappt ziemlich gut und die Gäste sind zufrieden mit der auf diesem Weg möglichen günstigen Direktbuchung beim Vermieter.
